nyc dog trainer - indoor running for your dog?
How can your dog still get a good cardio workout on a brutal winter day? The idea of dogs running on treadmills has been gaining steam and this video gives some nice ideas. Either way I would always recommend starting slowly no matter the breed of your dog and NOT to have dogs under 1 year old run for extended periods inside or out.

Why shouldn't dogs under one year run?
A vet told me that the plates in a dogs back, especially large dogs, have not formed before one years of age. Thx - J
