Some of the most harrowing images of Hurricane Katrina for me were of the animals left behind to fend for themselves. It's a good reminder to include your pets when it comes to preparing for a disaster. Good tips thanks and I guess we should all have a plan for our pets no matter where we live!
I think it's always a good idea to have a "safe house" set up somewhere away from where you live for you and your pets.
