Driving a taxi seems like a tough job but I have to say most taxi drivers I've had have been very rude. I'm always polite, tip well and yet rarely receive a thank you or anything at all.
Think there is a communication barrier - but yeah, most taxi drivers don't seem very happy and it comes off as being rude even if they don't mean it.
Language / Cultural barrier exists with delivery boys too - wish I had a translator on hands sometimes to have a real conversation and understand what the other really thinks and vice a versa
